The Jordan 6 Retro DMP (Defining Moments Package) is a special edition that is part of Nike's "Defining Moments Package" (DMP) release suite, celebrating Michael Jordan's career. First released in 2006, the DMP is considered one of the most legendary editions of the Air Jordan line.
The Jordan 6 Retro DMP model features a black and gold color combination, with the upper part in high-quality black leather and details in metallic gold that recall the colors of the 1996 NBA title. The presence of gold in the Jumpman logo, on the heel and in details on the midsole is a tribute to Michael Jordan's first victory with the Chicago Bulls, symbolizing the triumph and glory of MJ's career.
